Car accidents.

After a serious crash, the insurance company starts building its case within hours. You should not be facing that alone — and you should not be negotiating against an adjuster whose job is to pay you as little as possible.

What we handle

We represent people hurt in automobile collisions throughout California — rear-end and intersection crashes, multi-vehicle pileups, commercial truck collisions, and hit-and-run claims pursued through uninsured-motorist coverage. We take the case from the first phone call through settlement or trial, and we deal with the insurers, the body shops, and the medical providers so you can focus on recovering.

What to do next

01

Get medical care, and keep going

Gaps in treatment are the first thing an insurer uses to argue you weren’t really hurt. See a doctor early and follow through.

02

Don’t give a recorded statement

The other driver’s insurer will ask for one. You are not required to provide it, and it is routinely used against you.

03

Preserve everything

Photos, the other driver’s information, the police report number, names of witnesses. Document while it’s fresh.

04

Talk to a lawyer before you settle

Early offers are almost always low. Once you sign a release the claim is closed — even if your injuries turn out to be worse.

How we approach these cases

We reconstruct what happened, establish the full extent of your injuries with the right medical documentation, and build the claim as if it will be tried. Insurers settle reasonably when they believe the alternative is a jury. We make sure they believe it.

Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee — there is no fee unless we recover for you, and the consultation is free.
