No fee unless we recover

A contingency fee means you pay no legal fees unless we recover for you. Our fee is a percentage of the compensation we obtain on your behalf. If there is no recovery, you owe us nothing for our legal services.

We evaluate your case at no cost and explain your options honestly, including whether we think the case has merit. You can focus on your recovery instead of worrying about up-front legal bills.

How it works

After a free consultation, if we believe your case has merit, we enter a written contingency-fee agreement that sets out the percentage. We then handle every part of the case — investigation, negotiation, and litigation if needed — and our fee is deducted as a percentage of the recovery at the end.
