A good portion of our work comes from other lawyers — attorneys who hit a matter outside their practice area, or who would rather bring in trial counsel than carry a contested case to the end themselves. We take referrals across personal injury, business and insurance disputes, and our other practice areas. We keep the referring attorney informed throughout, and we protect your relationship with the client.
Referral Fees
We will pay referral fees to referring law firms consistent with California State Bar rules. The percentage of the referral fee may vary depending on the unique circumstances of each case. Some of the factors we consider are liability, damages, and collectability.
