Armand Andonian brings nearly two decades of experience in intellectual property, contract negotiation, and complex commercial matters. His practice focuses on copyright and trademark enforcement, brand protection strategies, and high-stakes contract work for clients.
Armand served as General Counsel to Tacori Enterprises, where he managed a diverse portfolio of IP enforcement actions and contract management, and advised on compliance, risk mitigation, and global brand strategy. He led initiatives that significantly reduced outside counsel spending, recovered substantial sums in bankruptcy and credit disputes, and strengthened corporate IP protections across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to his in-house role, Armand has represented clients in copyright, trademark, and trade dress matters — including securing a default judgment approaching seven figures in a major infringement action and obtaining the dismissal of claims for lack of personal jurisdiction.
Armand is currently pursuing a Master of Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, focused on software engineering and machine learning.
